We will gladly handle any repairs that are the result of a manufacturing defect at no charge for one year from the date that you receive your product. Unfortunately, this does not cover damage that was the result of misuse. We apologize, but shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Please ship the item to our repairs department using insured, traceable mail (this service is offered by Fed Ex, UPS, USPS, and other carriers). Please include a note with your name, return address, daytime phone number, and a copy of your sales receipt.
